During past 60 years India has been slowly but steadily progressing towards being a powerfull economy. But still we are not able to achieve what was supposed to have been achieved a long back - social and economic equality.There is a widening disparities in the distribution of resources.Rural and urban divide is clearly evident.Concentration of weath and policy paralysis are slowing down socio-economic growth.
